English Phonetic Dictionary. This is meant to be a starting point
for newbie's to the Korean language. Since most people new to Korea are
not familiar with the language at all, and not yet ready to attempt
reading or writing the actual Korean language, we have not included any
introduction or comparison between the actual Korean characters and the
English equivalents. Keep in mind that the sounds we are used to
making in our language are different in the Korean language. This
dictionary will give you a starting point to the Korean words, but in
order to perfect the actual pronunciation, you should try to practice the
words with Koreans or others that have spent some time in Korea, and are
familiar and comfortable with the language.
