Dongdaemun Market - Korea's largest wholesale / retail shopping center. With 30 shopping centers, 30,000 stores, and 50,000 manufacturing companies, you are sure to find what ever you are looking for. Try your hand at bartering, you might be surprised at your results. Namdaemun - Probably the next largest wholesale / retail shopping center. This will probably take more than one day to see. The market has everything. Haggling is encouraged. The biggest bargains will be found between 2-5 AM. (Up to 50%.) Seoul Subway Line 4, Hoehyeon Station Exit 5.

Itaewon - Most frequented shopping area by foreigners. All types of items available (Clothing, bags, shoes, antique furniture, and more). Many shop keepers speak a little English. Haggling is ok, but be advised the shop keepers are pro's. Seoul Subway Line 6, Itaewon Station Exit 1,2,3 or 4.

Insa-dong - Many art galleries and antique shops, along with shops that carry traditional Korean clothes, ceramics, souvenirs and other handicrafts. You will find many traditional restaurants here. It is about a 5 min. walk from any of these three subway stations:
* Line 1 - Jonggak station
* Line 1 - Jongno 3-ga station
* Line 2 - Anguk station
Pick up a shopping map at one of 3 info. centers, located at the center and both ends of the main street.

Myong-dong - Mid-level priced retail shopping. Quality brand name shops are located on the main street. Mid-class brand name  and no brand name shops are located in the side alleys. Seoul Subway Line 4 Myeongdong Station Exit 7, you're there!

Yongsan Electronics Market - A very large Electronics store. Yongsan station, subway line #1.

Duty Free Korea -  Inside the Incheon Airport on the 3rd floor. Large area and each store has its own theme.
